We purchased our Balancer bed in June 2019 and could not be more pleased with our purchase. First, working with Hendrik was absolutely wonderful. All companies could use him as an example of what real customer service should be. He patiently answered all our questions and has stayed in touch with us every step of the way to make sure we were happy. The bed was shipped to Washington state with no problems and it was extremely easy to assemble requiring no tools as stated. This is the most comfortable bed we have ever owned and I can honestly say that I haven’t woken up with a back ache since sleeping on it. That is truly a blessing. If you are considering this bed you can’t go wrong.
